Laboratory Information System (LIS)
The laboratory is equipped with laboratory information systems to facilitate the process of entering data, analysis, validation and delivery of laboratory’s result. The use of LIS also reduces errors as all results are processed automatically.
Chemistry And Drug Analyzer
Perfecting its standardized family, Olympus Diagnostic Systems Division introduces its AU640 chemistry immuno system, which is designed for the demanding environments of mid- to large-sized hospitals. This high speed automated analyzer streamlines diverse chemistry-immuno testing to provide the greatest walkaway, while processing up to 1,200 tests per hour. The AU640’s test menu is completely user definable. It features over 118 methods that include general chemistries, ISEs, special chemistries, and the Syva Company Emit® TDMs, DATs, and thyroids. Barcoded liquid ready-touse Olympus reagents provide automated on-board management of inventory and calibration and quality control.

FULLY AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT
The laboratory is equipped with a fully automated analyzer which is very beneficial, including :-
1. Reducing sample processing time.
- The sample will be scanned for bar code and processed directly by the machine without requiring manual isolation. This will save time as some steps are skipped.
2. Increasing productivity.
- The total quantity of samples that can be processed increases as the Fully Automated Equipment will be able to process samples without any interruption because each additional samples, reagents and others could be processed continuously without the need to prepare for the equipment which is ready from the last sampling.
ROYAL COLLEGE OF PATHOLOGIST OF AUSTRALASIA - QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
Dunia Wellness Laboratories sets RCPA laboratory practice as a benchmark for its laboratory results compared to other laboratories in the region. The results produced by the RCPA operators will be seriously scrutinized and effort will be taken at all cost to correct possible errors.
